VZK Laboratory is an innovative brand that combines pharmaceutical expertise and modern cosmetology to create high-quality, effective, and safe products. Our mission is to make skincare simple, accessible, and tailored to users needs. We currently operate in seven markets and continue to expand our presence across Europe and beyond.

We are now looking for an International Sales Manager, a key person who will manage our international distributors, expand into new markets, and contribute to the further growth of our brand.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing and developing relationships with existing distributors
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding into new markets
Collaborating closely with the marketing and operations teams
Tracking key KPIs and developing strategies for sales growth
Providing customer support and adapting offers to market needs

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR Client Team

️ Experience in sales and international market development
️ Experience in multicultural communication and working with different cultures
️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
️ Proactive approach, independence, and strategic thinking
️ Commitment, loyalty, and a winning mindset
️ Excellent English proficiency (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
️ Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time for business development and partnership management
