POSITION TITLE: Digital & CRM System Associate

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for the implementation of an integrated communication strategy for the brand, products, accessories, services and the customer in the online channel aiming to maximize consumer engagement and in line with global guidelines and local consumer needs. Executes and supports all campaigns through to completion. Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of brand and product communication to optimize awareness, purchase and NPS results. Acts in accordance with PMI practices and procedures.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

ACCOUNTABILITY 1*

Management of the ecommerce catalog. Maintaining product and accessory details and prices, ensuring they are available to the target audience.

Support in system launches and updates, taking the lead when it comes to digital updates.

Support in managing coupons for digital campaigns.

ACCOUNTABILITY 2*

Manage monthly CRM Communication plans, creating and monitoring e-mail, viber;

sms campaings with agencies after collaboration with the communication manager, and briefing for local and global campaigns.

ACCOUNTABILITY 3*

Coordinates CRM communication plan with other departments for all communications, monitoring performance ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

ACCOUNTABILITY 4*

Responsible for tracking the performance of communication campaigns including setting KPIs and reporting.

ACCOUNTABILITY 5*

Manage Worflow for all communications deliveries. Prepare audiences for each communication.

Responsible for following up and ensuring that the creation of Workflow and Audience communications is done following all steps according to SOP.

ACCOUNTABILITY 6*

Budget: Manage the communications budget in the most professional and efficient manner. Liaising closely with all other lines in the digital budget. Measure all costs against the results achieved and ensure return on investment.

Monitor spending and ensure the most appropriate allocation of resources, while remaining flexible to redeploy resources appropriately to reflect changes in business dynamics.

ACCOUNTABILITY 7*

Integrity and Compliance: Follow PM policies and procedures and ensure their adherence throughout the organization. Maintain awareness of and compliance with safety procedures.

Ensure that all company equipment and property are maintained in good condition and adhere to all relevant EHS policies and procedures.

Support and ensure compliance and reporting of all accidents and incidents regardless of their size.

Ensuring that all activities are in compliance with the Marketing Code and the PM Code of Conduct and providing advice on retail sales to meet the requirements of the law regarding smoking prevention.

ACCOUNTABILITY 8*

Reporting and monitoring of all KPIs according to business needs.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION: Marketing, Economics or Business preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing/brand management/marketing communications position

  • Experience in project management and preferably cross-functional projects
  • Experience working in international companies or working with international brands (preferred)
