On behalf of our client, one of the fastest-growing cover brand in America, with over 1 million covers shipped, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist for their office in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. To Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role collaborates with various teams to ensure consistent branding and effective communication across digital and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Support SEO and digital marketing efforts, including keyword research and website optimization.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and external vendors to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage and update marketing databases, CRM tools, and mailing lists.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and brand partnerships.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster online community growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
