For our client, a major distributor of granite and marble in the Balkans, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to drive sales and client relations in Lipjan, Kosova. This role involves building client relationships, managing sales operations, and ensuring efficient order processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales of Granite and Marble Products: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell granite and marble products to clients across Kosovo. Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and engaging potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Invoice Collection and Account Management: Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments. Maintain accurate records of client accounts and follow up on overdue payments to support company cash flow.
- Product Presentation and Promotion: Conduct professional presentations of granite and marble materials to clients, highlighting product features, quality, and applications. Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings as necessary to increase market visibility.
- Order Processing and Coordination: Receive and accurately process client orders, ensuring that all details align with client requirements. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Client Visits and Territory Management: Regularly visit clients within Kosovo to understand their needs, provide support, and build relationships. Maintain a thorough understanding of the regional market to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Inventory Oversight and Depot Management: Oversee the depots inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock is available to meet client demand. Manage any on-site inventory as needed.
- General Operational Support: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of sales and depot activities, including reporting, inventory updates, and collaboration with the management team.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within the building materials or stone industry, or a similar B2B sales environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in the Turkish language is an asset. Additional language skills in Albanian or Serbian are beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct professional presentations and maintain clear, effective client interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems is advantageous.
- Drivers License: Valid drivers license (Category B) is required, as the role involves regular travel within Kosovo.
