Position: DTE System & Content Development Associate

Role: Execute and monitor Digital Trade Engagement platform in dealing with tobacco products in preselected touchpoints, via an online mobile application while providing services in accordance with list and instructions provided by authorized representatives of the DTE platform. Improve activities to grow effectiveness of platform and ensure continuous enhancement in this area. DTE Specialist will work closely with the Lead DTE on cross-functional projects and be responsible for identifying the scope of Digital Trade Engagement and analyzing the use of existing DTE process and tools or identifying new tools functionalities support the project requirements.

List of job responsibilities:

  1. Become key contact person and market coordinator for DTE AL platform Monitor, improve and track the app functionality in close collaboration with IS team, BOs
  2. Other potential ad-hoc request for DTE platform
  1. Media Plan enrich, Trade compliance check, Improve the reporting
  2. Creation and dispatch of task template based on Media Plan delivered from Marketing &Trade Activation Team
  3. System improvements & upgrades for more attractive user experience.
  4. E-ordering system configuration and implementation
  5. Increase the speediness of APP
  6. Responsible for collaborating with various cross-functional teams, Trade, Field, third parties to develop digital tools and platform functionality that supports different commercial initiatives.
  1. Ensure that all deployments are in line with agreed processes and PMAL practices
    1. Reward Schemas
    2. DTE Detective Reports as per IC agreement
  2. Control and maintain the contract with retailers, and vendors for DTE Rewards , service contracts for Data
  3. Support Kosovo Market regarding system upgrades

Language

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English
