Your tasks
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, room reservations, and preparation of necessary materials
- Plan and organize air/train/cars and hotel travel for department members, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements
- Ensure the availability of office supplies and consumables by processing orders and maintaining inventory
- Support ongoing learning and development initiatives for team members
Your profile
Bachelor's degree
- Language skills in English, min B2 level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safe work environment in a growing company
