                                                                      Legal Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Legal Associate who is going to handle all legal aspects related to Company activities.Defending the company in civil cases, where it is the defendant or plaintiff, providing legal assistance in administrative, civil, labor relations, business contracts, etc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Drafting practices for claims, counter-appeals, complaints, recourses, counter-appeals;
  • Requests for suspension, special complaints, objections, final conclusions and any other procedural action  that may arise during the legal process;
  • Following legal processes, to protect the interests of the company;
  • Providing legal assistance for insurance contracts, terms of new products;
  • Providing legal assistance for labor relations, administrative, civil relations, purchase contracts, etc.;
  • Drafting various agreements;
  • Legal assessment of damage files, in terms of fulfilling legal obligations;
  • Realization of tasks assigned by the Director of the Legal Department;
  • Conduct in accordance with the rules of ethics;


REQUIREMENTS


-The candidate must meet the following criteria:

-To have completed higher education in the field of Law; at state universities;

-Type of diploma: DNP (First level diploma) + Master of Science in Civil/Public Law;

-Work experience over 3 years as a lawyer;

-Experience in representing companies in Court, drafting claims and preparing documentation;

-To master the English language at a professional level;

-Excellent communication, ethical and collaboration skills;

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
