                                                SALES TRAINING MANAGER

Position summary

The Sales Training Manager is responsible for the entire sales training activity by planning, conducting, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive training program for all sales staff at all levels. Actively contributes to the evaluation and identification of the sales talent group and manages their development program

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying staff training needs on sales techniques and product knowledge;
  • Plans to develop and implements the whole year of sales training develops relevant training materials and organize training for the sales team;
  • Responsible for designing training materials for new products and services;
  • Prepares and designs training materials according to the specifications required by the partners;
  • Develops and implements a standardized training concept for sales teams that follows the effective onboarding programs for new hires in the sales team;
  • Responsible for the implementation of alternative digital training and e-Learning techniques;
  • Coordinates the process of identifying salesforce talents and implements the necessary development program;
  • Develops and monitors necessary reports on the implementation of the training plan and their effectiveness and takes the necessary steps for improvement as needed;
  • Builds up a tracking system for the sales team in the shop and actively provides objective feedback on work application of training and performance execution.
  • Provides coaching to salesforce.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent skills in communication, moderation, presentation coaching, mentoring and projecting management.
  • Excellent business acumen and can provide field coaching to sales.
  • The ability to design customized training programs.
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Very good facilitation skills.
  • Solid track record in the successful development and implementation of training concepts and training initiatives.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, etc.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the retail industry and over 2 years of training experience.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Ready to travel.
