On behalf of our client, the global leader with many years of experience in international trade of Food and Beverage, we are looking for a Finance & Administrative manager in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina.
Experienced Finance & Administrative Manager | Financial Stewardship | Contractual Oversight
Seasoned professional adept at financial management and administrative leadership, dedicated to ensuring fiscal integrity and regulatory compliance within organizational frameworks. Skilled in strategic budget planning, contract management, and procurement to optimize operational efficiencies and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Governance: Orchestrating efficient finance and administration activities to achieve organizational targets while ensuring optimal cost management.
- Budget Planning & Implementation: Leading comprehensive budget development and execution, driving resource allocation alignment with strategic goals.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensuring meticulous adherence to contract terms, payment schedules, and client relations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Regulatory Liaison: Representing the organization during audits and inspections by state institutions, fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders.
- Administrative Excellence: Providing strategic guidance on office operations, overseeing meticulous documentation protocols, and managing employee records with precision.
- Logistics & Procurement Oversight: Directing warehouse operations, overseeing import/export activities, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in financial management, contract administration, and operational optimization.
- Proven expertise in budget development, financial analysis, and procurement strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
