This position is opened for candidates that live in the following countries: North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Soft Skill Training, you will be responsible
for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the market
for soft skill training solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, developing tailored proposals, and effectively communicating the value of our soft skill training programs to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, establish relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive
landscape in the soft skill training industry.
Analyze data to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points related to soft skill
training.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including
networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target
organizations. Understand client requirements and challenges to tailor solutions that meet
their specific needs.

Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize
market penetration.
Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and
effective communication with prospects.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, monitor progress, and forecast sales accurately.

Product Knowledge and Presentation

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in soft skill training
methodologies.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our soft skill training programs and effectively
communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential clients.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of
our training solutions.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Support

Collaborate closely with internal teams, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback from clients and market insights to inform product development and
marketing strategies.
Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance industry knowledge
and expand professional network.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the training or education industry.(with minimum exp of 12 years and above)
  • Strong understanding of soft skill training concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify market opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
