On behalf of our client, we are looking for Business Sales Executive in Dubai, UAE, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Qatar.

This position is opened for candidates that live in the following countries: North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Job Purpose:

Lead and optimize sales activities within the assigned market, focusing on delivering exceptional Digital Learning Solutions and fulfilling customer needs. Develop strategic plans to expand the customer base and contribute to the creation of training and educational programs for clients. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and consulting on e-learning programs. Collaborate with the operations/training department to develop strategies for maximizing product utilization, identifying opportunities for contract expansions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Achieve B2B and B2C Sales Targets:

  • Leverage your expertise to meet and exceed sales targets across the region.
  • Drive revenue growth year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Cultivate relationships with new clients while nurturing existing ones.
  • Aim for a specific percentage of growth and maintain an impressive client retention rate.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
  • Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with our companys vision.

Pipeline Management:

  • Generate leads from various channels to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers, achieving ambitious targets each quarter.
  • Business Expansion:
  • Explore new business opportunities through fresh leads.
  • Convert prospects into loyal clients (target: XX per quarter).
  • Diversification and Profitability:
  • Expand our customer base across new industry verticals and geographies.
  • Ensure profitability by closing sales within specified price bands.

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Edtech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
