On behalf of our client, Hungary's premier agribusiness conglomerate with over 8,000 employees, we are seeking a Sales Manager for a  position based in Belgrade, Serbia. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective business operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 5+ years of working experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong goal orientation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel throughout Serbia.
