On behalf of our client, a leading cement manufacturing company based in Hani i Elezit, Kosovo, we are seeking an Central Control Room (CCR) Operator. This company has grown to become a key player in the regional construction industry, continuously investing in advanced technologies and environmentally friendly practices to minimize its ecological footprint.

Job Summary:

The CCR (Central Control Room) Operator is responsible for operating various sections of the plant from the Central Control Room (CCR). This position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations for safe and environmentally sound production activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating equipment and optimizing process parameters.
• Coordinating with field workers from the CCR for smooth equipment operation.
• Measuring various process parameters.
• Recording process parameters in the logbook for the respective section.
• Inspecting specific parameters on a regular basis.
• Performing additional tasks assigned by the shift coordinator.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the industry, particularly in the cement industry, is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of the cement production process and technology is an advantage.
• Good computer skills.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Commitment to Workplace Safety and Teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skills in Planning, Organizing, and Time Management.
• Ability to work under pressure and operate various equipment simultaneously.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide clear explanations about issues, breakdowns, and locations.
