Job Overview:

Our client,  a proptech company founded in the Swiss alpine pastures 10 years ago, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Level 1 Representative. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth operational workflows while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative support tasks to assist various departments (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Jira, Intercom).
  • Manage and process vendor and client invoices accurately and on time (Zoho Billing, Zoho Books).
  • Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Billing, Zoho Books, Zoho Affaire, Zoho Devis, Intercom, Jira) and client databases.
  • Handle data entry across internal systems (e.g., Console, Zoho Forms), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide bilingual customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary (Jira).
  • Coordinate internal communications, schedule meetings (e.g., Zoho Meeting/Booking), onboarding session, webinars and manage calendars.
  • Prepare reports, internal documents, and client-facing materials as needed.Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support ongoing operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French/English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Intercom, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as Zoho Billing, Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Booking is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
