Recruitment Specialist - Skopje

Job Summary:

The Headhunter Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain and expand a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database (ATS Applicant Tracking System).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance The Headhunter Groups presence in the job market.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and job offer finalization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a headhunting or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct headhunting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English; additional Albanian language skills are a plus.
