For our Client we are looking for:
Office Secretary
We seek an efficient and organized Office Secretary to manage our front office operations, handle correspondence, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, Excel proficiency, document management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspondence Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and packages.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
- Excel Proficiency: Analyze data, create reports, and manage spreadsheets.
- Document Management: Accurately file, store, and retrieve documents.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data entry, documents, and correspondence.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Document Preparation: Prepare invoices, business documents, and reports.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in company databases.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, maintain organization, and ensure office tidiness.
Requirements:
Essential Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Educational Qualifications
- University diploma or equivalent
- Secretarial or administrative certification (desired)
Work Experience
- 1-2 years of secretarial or administrative experience
