Join Our Client's Team as a Trade Marketing Manager!
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead the implementation of our clients marketing strategies in the field. This role is crucial in activating their brands, driving revenue, and ensuring a strong market presence in the FMCG and Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Trade Marketing Plans: Create and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with brand goals to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring that marketing activities are tailored to market needs and opportunities.
- Partner and Agency Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Evaluate and Optimize Marketing Activities: Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing activities, using KPIs to measure success, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
- Drive Brand Awareness and Image: Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines, enhancing brand equity and consumer perception in the FMCG and Beverage sectors.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong focus on FMCG and Beverage industry knowledge.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or marketing within the FMCG and Beverage industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing trade marketing activities.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the FMCG and Beverage market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies in these sectors.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, driving results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in data analysis, market research, and sales systems. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across different markets.
