Project Manager - ALBANIA

                Project Manager- Fashion Retail

1. Coordinating and supervising of negotiation, design and construction process of new stores;
2. Opening new stores in line with planned time schedule and budget;
3. Negotiating technical specifications with Landlords representatives;
4. Verifying technical conditions of the premises for the potential stores
5. Developing preliminary investment budget;
6. Collecting project documentation and information required to launch design process;
7. Coordinating design process;
8. Supervision over the project in accordance with lease agreements and Company technical standards;
9. Technical acceptance of the stores;
10. Technical and financial verification of subcontractor offers;
11. Handing over stores to Sales Department;
12. Preparation of reports / summaries of ongoing projects;
13. Formal and financial settlement of the projects;

Requirements:

• Fluency (written & spoken) in Albanian and English languages;
• BA/MA degree in Engineering or Architecture (preferably Civil Engineering or similar), or technical knowledge and experience in construction projects;
• Min. 4 years experience in project management, construction management and supervision;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS;
• Project will be an advantage;
• Fluency in reading technical drawings;
• Driving license;
• Travel flexibility;
• Experience in cooperation with Shopping Centres, or retail chains will be a great advantage;
• Great communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork;
• Negotiation skills;
