For our client, the first private wholesaler of medicine and medical equipment in Montenegro, expanding their business in Kosova, we are looking for Licensed Pharmacists in Prishtina.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and coordinates work in the Sector and is responsible for the work of the Sector

  • Independent and independent decision-making within the domain of their legal responsibilities and competences

  • In cooperation with other relevant functions within the Company, takes care of creating conditions for the fulfillment of distribution plans based on the sales plans of the Commercial Sector.
  • Proposes the introduction of new technologies and achievements in the field of storage and transportation.

  • Proposes and participates in the development of Standards, Regulations, Operating Procedures and Work Instructions in accordance with the regulations of good distribution practice and controls their implementation.
  • Initiates and implements the optimization of the information system and works on the development of new requirements for the improvement of processes related to the information system in his field of work.
  • Updates warehouse master data.

  • Responsible for the transportation of products and materials within the Company and outside the Company.

  • Controls the execution of storage and transportation actions in accordance with legal regulations, Regulations, Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Controls the application of means of protection of people and property.

  • Assesses investment needs, makes proposals and participates in work on user specifications;

  • Responsible for the selection and training of all associates.

  • Ensures appropriate coordination and cooperation with other managers who are connected to his Sector;

  • Organizes the work process in the receiving/storage/issuing products service and the transport service;

  • Manages the activities of storing products and materials (receiving, storing, marking, issuing, sampling, resolving complaints, etc.), according to Operating Procedures and Work Instructions;
  • Proposes and ensures the implementation of corrective measures and measures to improve work in the Sector;

  • Controlling the work of employees in the Sector;

  • Responsible for the rational use of storage, transport and human resources within the domain of the Sector;

  • Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the quality assurance system;

  • Focus on managing approved activities and accuracy and quality of records;

  • Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of initial and continuous training programs;

  • Coordination and rapid implementation of drug withdrawal procedures;

  • Releases the product to the market after the completion of the additional marking procedure.

  • Ensuring efficient resolution of customer complaints/complaints;

  • Ensuring that suppliers and customers are approved

  • Approval of all separate activities that may have an impact on good practice in the circulation of medicines;

  • Ensuring that all internal inspections are carried out at appropriate regular time periods in accordance with the previously established program and that the necessary corrective measures are implemented;
  • Keeping appropriate records of all delegated duties;

  • Making a decision on the final status of returned, rejected, recalled or counterfeit products;

  • Develops good business relations with customers and suppliers;

  • Submits a written report to the Executive Director on: the results of work in the previous month, the resulting deficit and surplus, material damage caused by workers, material damage caused during transportation;
  • Receiving and forwarding adverse effects/suspected adverse effects and product quality concerns to the Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance Sector and the Quality Sector, in accordance with internal procedures and legal deadlines;
  • Obliged to report any deviation from established procedures and procedures to his immediate superior in accordance with the internal procedure;
  • Responsible for acting and working in accordance with the guidelines of good practice in the distribution of medicines and medical devices within the scope of his job description;
  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of decisions, procedures and all necessary measures within his jurisdiction, as well as for the legality of work according to positive legal regulations, requirements of state authorities, valid standards, as well as good business practice;
  • Responsible for the implementation of activities for which he is authorized and ensures the accuracy and quality of documentation within his jurisdiction;
  • Ensuring continuous improvements to meet new, upcoming and current regulatory and Good Dispensing Practices (GDP) expectations, as well as current standards in pharmaceutical industry practice;
  • Responsible for the proper management and storage of appropriate documentation from the domain of the Sector;
  • Responsible for monitoring valid regulations from the domain of the Sector;

  • Responsible to the Director of the Company for the timely and quality execution of all work tasks;

  • Performs other duties on the order of the executive director and immediate manager in accordance with the prescribed Operating Procedures, Procedures, Rules and good practices of the Company.
    
    Job Requirements:

    
  • Bachelor Degree in Pharma minimum.
  • 7 years of experience as a Pharmacist, or similar roles.
  • Valid Pharmaceutical License.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Accurately use of logic and reasoning in identifying alternate solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Experience in tender preparation and evaluation.
  • Ability to develop program policy manuals, rules and program monitoring methodologies, techniques and plans.
  • Build effective and sustainable relationships with key industry leaders and clients to develop new engagements.
  • Strong executive presence and client presentation skills.
  • Driving License B.
  • Fluent in English.
