On behalf of our client, a proptech company founded in the Swiss alpine pastures 10 years ago, with presence also in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (French+English) for their office in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Establish customer support best practice
Provide technical and product support
Improve the usage and the retention of our applications
Implement automated on-boarding and fellow up with our customers
Staying up-to-date with all recent Customer Success Manager best practice
Manage and administrate the contracts of our customers
Supervise employees
Improve the upsalle and cross-sell process
Technical Skills
Highly proficient with Customer Success practices
Good understanding of SAAS business model and support
Intercom / Zoho CRM / Mailing experience
Experience within a Proptech company
Personal Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Autonomous worker, able to work independently and intuitive to our needs.
- Fluent in English and French (German a plus).
Minimum Requirements
3 years of experience as Customer Success Manager in a SAAS company.
French, English (fluent) and German (a plus)
Good knowledge of web and mobile environment
