We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and skilled ITSM Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The ITSM Software Consulting Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of four, with the potential for expansion. The successful candidate will manage projects, lead the team, and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) patterns.
• Strong knowledge of DBMS and SQL.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (vanilla JS and jQuery).
• Understanding of ITSM principles and practices.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Proficiency in Italian (C2/C1) and English (C2/C1).
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a propensity for teamwork.
• Excellent time management and effective communication skills.
• Ability to identify training needs and promote team development.

Experience:

• Experience in Project Management
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools.
• Experience with integration projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in ITIL or Project Management are a plus.
