For our client, we are looking for an experienced CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, to join their company in Tirana.

Our client, one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment, project management and urban development both locally and internationally, is seeking for the following position for its branch in Tirana:

Position: Chief Executive Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure the effective translation of the overall strategic direction from the Board of Directors into actionable business plans.
• Carry out the instructions of the Board of Directors in an effective, efficient and timely manner, thus adding value to the company business.
• Developed high level relationship with strategic partner and government entity
• Implement strategies for generating resources and revenues for the Company to meet commitments to all stakeholders.
• Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
• Work towards extending the presence of products and services in the Albania and also internationally through strategic alliances.
• Ensure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively through the coordination with various Department heads.
• Act as a great communicator and change agent, coordinating change efforts across the Company, while ensuring that concerned parties including the Board, customers and staff are rapidly informed of events that will have a major impact on the way that the business is managed.
• Give a direction to the process of culture building and re-enforcement and actively support the HR function in establishing an appropriate, professional and people-friendly culture and work environment within the company.
• Act as a key representative and spokesperson for the company in business forums and public meetings, positioning the company's image as a good corporate entity that practices effective corporate governance and generates value in Albania.

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstrated success as a CEO or in another executive leadership role
• Experience in digital transformation
• Extensive experience in crafting and implementing profitable business strategies with deep understanding of corporate finance and performance management
• Broad knowledge across various business functions, including sales, operations, marketing, finance, and human resources, with a preference for hands-on management
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
