Location: Albania (available for travel across Europe)

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a group of 4-5 individuals, possess a strong orientation towards business development, and should be capable of implementing innovative and effective sales strategies to expand our market reach within Italy and across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate a team of 4-5 individuals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.

Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to enhance our presence within the Italian and European markets.

Maintain and build relationships with key customers, deeply understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and customer service.

Availability to travel for business meetings and to conduct on-field team training.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position within sales or telemarketing.

Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English languages, both written and spoken.

Proven business development and sales management skills.

Strong leadership abilities and capability to motivate and inspire the team.

Willingness to travel frequently abroad.

Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing sales techniques.
