For our client, we are looking for a Battery Pack Process Engineer to join their team in Kosovo, with the ability to travel for work purposes within the European countries.

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process Design: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for battery packs.

• Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues.

• Documentation: Create detailed process flow diagrams and operation instructions.

• Collaboration: Work with production teams to ensure smooth process implementation.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in process engineering within the battery industry.

• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and process optimization.
