Your Tasks

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and oversee all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion
• Prepare technical documents, including specifications, drawings, and reports also conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare regular project status reports for management

Your Profile

• At least 5 years experience in construction role or civil engineering
• Bachelor's degree in the mentioned subject area
• Albanian & English language skills on B2 level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, OneNote)
• Flexibility, mobility, motivation and a high sense of responsibility
