On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Finance Manager in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Role and responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Managing Director on planning, forecasting and budgeting;
- Responsibility for financial management and control, including accounting, records, financial operations, and financial management information;
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team;
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning;
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders;
- Oversee and monitor the Corporations financial position, banking and financing activities and capital, structure and monitor the respect of banking and financial covenants;
- Ensure proper training of all personnel working on financial, accounting, audit or fiscal matters;
- Coordinate the annual audit (and any special or non-recurring audit) with the School's external auditors;
- Coordinate the review, and liaise with the external auditors as required, of all financial information disclosed in any offering documents;
- Communicate transparently and collaborate to the fullest extent possible with the Schools external auditors;
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance, where necessary, the internal control systems;
- Manage vendor relationships;
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations;
- Maintaining high standards of financial management accounts;
- Prepares financial forecasts;
- Review and analyze property reforecasts and annual budgets;
- Deliver innovative, high value-added financial information to our client's management team for strategic decision making;
- Chase outstanding payments, reporting any issues to the Managing Director;
- Developing and implementation of financial recommendations, procedures and policies working alongside the Managing Director;
- Preparing quarterly monitoring reports; preparing financial year end and new financial year budget, monthly period end of the school to present to the Managing Director;
- Working closely with the Human Resources Manager related to the salaries and other benefits;
- Monitor and report on school expenditure and income, and report problems associated with overspending and underspending to the Managing Director with immediacy;
- Ensure all financial procedures are followed by all staff, ensuring that any problem or difficulties are addressed as soon as possible;
- Prepare and execute the payments;
- Collaborate and coordinate the process of review rof financial transactions and tax declaration with Deloitte;
- Ensure that all financial transactions have been recorded on QuickBooks according to international reporting standards;
- Ensure that internal controls are put in place and are followed regarding the cash handling;
- Assist and support other Departments with costs and benefits analysis;
- Ensure that all the services are provided to the parents and students in accordance with the approved pricing;
- Develop and maintain excellent client service;
- Ensure that all the purchases are handled and approved as per the internal policy.
