                                                    Finance Associate

Location: Tirana 

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Finance Associate to join our Finance dynamic team.  Position involves managing the end to end process of timely, accurate and complete incoming invoices/custom processing in accordance with all local and PMI guidelines in order to provide effective daily support to Finance/ Admin. & Finance Assistant and Supervisor Accounting, Tax and Administration. 


Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of information between different sources of information in order to have accurate documentation and information; 
  • Manage e- archiving. Support on DTT preparation process and follow up. Support upon request for internal events and social organization;
  • Daily monitoring of Profisc system (fiscalization system) and internal mail box, download, collect, print, log and send for posing;
  • Reconcile the invoices/customs received by system, mail with the physical copy, log, SAP, purchase books and sales books;
  • Prepare Custom file (both general and detail one) and check reconcile with physical copies and information sent from Custom (monthly, quarterly and yearly);
  • Project archive handling within new system with assigning proper archiving, folder, physical archive and write off
  • period; 
  • Printing, registration and archiving Contracts for Finance, Gen Admin Department;
  • Project for unique hard copy database implementation;
  • Preparation of requests for the take over by outsourced archive; 
  • Training other affiliate departmental representative for doc. archiving within the new system, if necessary;
  • Double Tax Treaty Application support. Analyze the vendor file, invoices, prepare and collect all the information and
  • documents from vendors and local business partners if necessary and required; 
  • Follow up and comply with the deadline for each application;
  • Support Finance staff with PO creation, Vendor follow ups, Event organization (if necessary) etc. as per requests.

Requirements:

1. Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Albanian language
2. Work experience: 1-2 years experience in tax, accounting.
3. PC skills: Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365 (SAP knowledge preferable)
4. Specific knowledge/skills: accounting and tax knowledge.
5. Behaviors: Team Player, supportive, open to feedback.
