On behalf of our client, one of the fastest-growing cover brand in America, with over 1 million covers shipped, we are looking for a Operations Specialist for their office in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Job Summary:

The Operations Specialist supports daily business operations by assisting with workflows, logistics, and process improvements. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role helps ensure efficiency across departments by coordinating tasks, handling operational challenges, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating daily operational activities.
  • Support inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Gather, analyze, and report operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Work with customer service teams to resolve operational issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Help implement and improve operational systems and software under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to support efficient business operations.
  • Identify minor workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist in operational planning and execution of process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
  • Ability to follow instructions, take initiative when needed, and collaborate within a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment.
