POSITION TITLE: Digital WEB & Social Associate
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Accountable for the market deployment of integrated communication strategy for brands, products, accessories, consumables, services and consumer on online channel aiming to maximize consumer reach and in line with global guidelines and local consumer needs.
Executes and supports all campaigns end-to-end; for digital. Continuously assess and monitor brand and product communications effectiveness to optimize awareness, acquisition and retention and NPS. Act in line with PMI practices and procedures.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
ACCOUNTABILITY 1*
- Manage market's websites in all their contents making sure they are up-to-date as per global guidelines, marketing code and legal restrictions.
- Responsible for every system/website launch that affects the website and consumer journey.
- Close collaboration with vendors that enable us to implement dedicated web campaigns to target and retarget specific web visitors. Analytical skills to initiate these initiatives and report them efficiently.
ACCOUNTABILITY 2*
- Responsible for SEO improvements on the website from technical side and content part.
- Frequent collaboration with global teams and local agency to ensure market's website is up to global standarts.
ACCOUNTABILITY 3*
- Manage Social Media monthly plans, content creation and briefing for local and global campaigns.
- In charge of following and making sure the community manager for the social accounts is following all steps as per SOP when it comes to content publishing, tagging and consumer replying though the allowed PMI platforms.
ACCOUNTABILITY 4*
- Coordinates Social Media plan with other digital plans and offline channels, monitoring performance by ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Responsible for follow up on all social media performance realated to global and local initiatives, close monitoring to objectives including definition of KPIs and reporting.
ACCOUNTABILITY 5*
- Responsible for all Social projects initiated from Global and applied locally such as Content Creator.
- Accountable for making sure it is applied s per PMI mandatory guidelines.
ACCOUNTABILITY 6*
- Budget: Managing digital social media budget at most professional & efficient manner.
- Aligning closely with all other lines in digital budget. Measure all costs vs results achieved and ensure return on investment.
- Monitor spending and ensure the most appropriate allocation of given resources, while remaining flexible to reallocate resources appropriately to reflect changes in the business dynamics.
ACCOUNTABILITY 7*
- Integrity and compliance: Follow PM policies and procedures and ensure adherence to them throughout the organisation.
- Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Assure all company equipment and property is maintained in a good condition and adheres to all relevant EHS policies and procedures.
- Advocate and assure safety and compliance and report all accidents and events regardless of their magnitude. Ensure that all activities are in line with PM Marketing Code and Code of conduct and ensure advisory to retail to meet law requirements regarding smoking prevention.
ACCOUNTABILITY 8*
- Reporting and monitoring of all KPIs as per business needs.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
EDUCATION: Preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing/brand management/marketing communications position.
Experience in managing projects and preferably cross-functional projects.
Experience working in international company or working with international brands (an advantage).
SKILLS:
Project management skills (using Agile methodology) Analytical skills Proficiency in English language Communication and presentation skills Consumer centricity: experience in translating consumer insights into action.
