On behalf of our client, one of the fastest-growing cover brand in America, with over 1 million covers shipped, we are looking for a Finance Manager for their office in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategy. This role supports key business decisions through financial insight and ensures the companys financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
  • Develop and manage the companys annual budget, with ongoing monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Monitor financial performance and offer actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage cash flow and oversee banking and investment activities.
  • Coordinate both internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Support, mentor, and manage members of the finance team.
  • Maintain and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve systems.
  • Work closely with other department heads to align financial planning with overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or Masters degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a financial management role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Hands-on experience with financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines.
