On behalf of our client, the global leader with many years of experience in international trade of Food and Beverage, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive (BME) in Belgrade, Serbia.

Position Purpose: As a Brand Marketing Executive (BME), you'll be at the forefront of implementing our brand marketing strategy, playing a pivotal role in achieving company targets including volume and distribution goals, as well as enhancing brand awareness. You'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing market data, crafting and executing marketing programs aligned with brand strategies, maintaining partnerships, and providing valuable insights to shape our market strategy and plans.

Position Description:

  • Marketing Strategy & Plans: Collaborate with brand managers to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for each market, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. These plans, complete with KPIs, are crucial for achieving sales and revenue targets, and are subject to approval by the Brand Development Manager and Country Commercial Manager.
  • Marketing Plans/Activities Execution: Take charge of executing marketing plans efficiently and accurately, encompassing various channels such as print, web, social media, broadcasting, events, and promotions. Coordinate closely with sales and trade marketing teams to meet execution targets effectively.
  • Market Insights & Analyses: Gather and analyze market data to inform decision-making and propose necessary actions to support successful brand launches and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Execution Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of executed plans and activities against predefined KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement in subsequent projects.
  • Brand Awareness and Image: Monitor and enhance brand awareness and image in respective markets, ensuring the quality and effective placement of promotional materials and activities.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare timely and insightful brand reports as required by management, delivering campaign presentations to stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding across teams.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee contractors involved in brand marketing activities, ensuring their work meets expectations and submitting comprehensive reports for approval before any payments are processed.
  • Other Duties: Remain flexible to undertake additional responsibilities as required within the scope of the contract and in compliance with local legislation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, distribution, or marketing roles.
  • Languages & Computer Skills: Fluent in English and Italian (preferred), proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Leadership Competencies: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive results, energize teams, and communicate effectively.
