Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for driving sales and forging strong client relationships? We're on the hunt for a results-driven Sales Manager to take charge of our client Slovenia market and make a significant impact!
Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will spearhead the execution of strategies to hit revenue, sales volume, and distribution targets. You'll manage all aspects of the Slovenia market, including client relationships, field operations, and key trade marketing strategies. Your mission: drive growth, optimize trade margins, and deliver exceptional market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Drive planning and execution to meet revenue targets, sales volumes, and distribution goals. Set and monitor KPIs across sales channels.
- Marketing & Trade Strategy: Collaborate with Brand/Trade Marketing to develop and execute strategies. Oversee budget use and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Generate forecasts, monitor KPIs, and report on sales results. Analyze market data to support strategic decision-making.
- Sales & Distribution: Implement effective sales and distribution systems. Manage trade relationships and ensure compliance with key account plans.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Develop pricing structures and distribution modes based on market needs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing sales team. Recruit, coach, and motivate team members to achieve objectives.
- Trade Marketing: Oversee the placement and maintenance of promotional materials. Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Contracting & Compliance: Lead client contracting processes and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Legislation Monitoring: Stay updated on market legislation and build relationships with key stakeholders.
What Were Looking For our client:
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong results orientation with excellent customer service focus.
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities.
- A background in FMCG or similar industries with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems.
- Fluent in English.
