Job Title: Event Planner
Overview:
We are looking for an organized and creative Event Planner to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and execute a wide range of events, from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional experiences for attendees. This role requires someone with a passion for planning, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Purpose of the Job:
Identify requirements and expectations for each contracted Event. Ensure that maximum consumer impact is achieved through management of implementation of all marketing activities through and in events. Be responsible for assessment of events activations overall success and submiting findings in a timely and clear manner. Deploys Event as per strategy with execution of market specific initiatives, ensures follow ups and regular reports. Involved in budget planning, responsible for event budget monitoring.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure top quality execution of events related programs by creating event proposals and transparent and adequate selection of partners (agencies and specialists suppliers - event organizers).
- Liaise with agencies to ensure planning and reporting on multiple events at once. Executing, anticipating and planning for different scenarios for promotional events in order to build brand images with long-term impact on consumers.
- End to end management of the consumer engagement mechanics and teams by coordinating with agency & SFP department.
- Budget: Managing budget of event in most professional & efficient manner. Measure all costs vs results achieved and ensure return on investment. Monitor spending and ensure the most appropriate allocation of given resources, while remaining flexible to reallocate resources appropriately to reflect changes in the business dynamics.
- Strictly follow up PMI policy and procedures, ensure through theoretical and practical training that policies and practices relevant to each function within the company and towards consumers are known and adhered to by each employee.
- CORPORATE and LEGAL FRAMEWORK. EHSS & OPEN. During regular annual audit provide necessary documentation and information. Support preparation of requested documentation as for other ad hoc audits or inspections conducted internally by PMI or by local authorities. Carry out all activities in line with applicable internal principles and escalate to management in case of any misalignment. Fulfill all legal requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures in the field of work safety, fire prevention, environmental protection and assets protection. Propose changes and improvements. Apply the highest standards of integrity and full compliance with all applicable laws and PMI policies and procedures across the organization in order to support long term sustainability of PM business.
Skills and Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or Marketing);
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Albanian language
- Work experience: 1-2 years experience in field event management, and/or brand marketing;
