For our Client, we are looking for:

IT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, provide technical support to staff, and contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies that enhance our digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Build an internal procedure with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist at least 3 years or relevant position.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication ability.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• Certification as an IT Technician will be an advantage
