Position Summary:

The Key Account Regional Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts across the assigned region. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, strategic acumen, and a passion for fostering growth. The successful candidate will work to optimise sales performance, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Account Management:
    • Develop and implement account-specific strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with Company's offerings.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  2. Sales and Performance Optimization:
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities within the region.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address any gaps in performance.
  3. Market Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand Company's presence in the region.
    • Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure brand visibility and accessibility.
    • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives and sales representatives.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Ensure the team meets or exceeds targets by providing guidance and support.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for regional accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to discuss performance, expectations, and future plans.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales data and CRM tools.
    • Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
    • Fluency in English and Albanian; other languages are an advantage.
