Stockroom Assistant

The Stockroom Assistant will support and closely collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize sales potential through effective stock management.

Duties and responsibilities:

Stock / Stockroom:

• Maintain the highest standards within the store stockroom.
• Replenish the shop floor to agreed levels and timescales.
• Receive deliveries according to Company guidelines and accurately record stock movements.
• Ensure stockrooms are secure and adhere to Health and Safety procedures.
• Communicate accurate daily handovers to relevant managers/supervisors.
• Follow Company procedures diligently based on training, meetings, and daily communications.

Store Profitability:

• Reduce stock loss through effective use of security resources.

General:

• Perform any additional duties as requested by the Company to ensure store success, including supporting floor operations and covering flexible shifts.
• Provide support to other Benetton Stores as needed.

Qualifications:

• IT literacy in retail operating systems is an advantage.
• Product knowledge is preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
• Hold a valid driving license.
