On behalf of our client, one of the leaders in the pharmaceutical industry in the Balkans, we are looking for a Country Manager in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Key responsibilities:

• Implements business strategies in accordance with the short-term and long-term goals of the representative office (company), monitors and proposes annual plans (long-term and short-term)
• Мanagement of the company's activities in order to achieve the desired results and consistency with the company's mission and strategy
• Planning and control of capital investments in the region
• Realization of targets and financial analyzes and control of financial reports from the achieved realization and targets
• Provides solutions for the development and improvement of the overall activity of the company
• Monitoring and reporting on the financial results of the representative office in the parent company
• Coordinates and manages the strategic policies for the management of the representative office in compliance with the policies of the parent company

Candidate profile:

• Results responsibility, proactivity and orientation towards achieving results
• Experience in developing profitable strategies
• Constructive approach to work processes, strategies and goals
• Analytical skills and the ability to manage people

Necessary qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in bussiness and management
• Оver 5 years of work experience in managеment
• Excellent knowledge in the local market
