Marketing manager
-Duties and responsibilities
1. Organizes and coordinates the work process in the Marketing Department.
2. Evaluates the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and make proposals for a change if
optimization is needed.
3. Conducts ongoing market research.
4. Periodically conducts a strategic review of events and changes in the gambling field, maintains up- to-date information on industry trends, and presents appropriate improvement measures for the benefit of the platform's profitability.
5. Participates in the processes for the correct positioning of the company and its products and brand on the market.
6. Develops and participates in the management of advertising campaigns in cooperation with the other members of the marketing team.
7. Tracks and monitors the activities in social media, publications and advertising online.
8. Monitors events, conferences and training in the field of online marketing and participates in such when appropriate.
9. Evaluates the work and performance of employees in the marketing team and exchanges feedback with them. Responsible for their professional development.
10. Keeps all information safe and treat it as confidential.
11. Acts as a point of contact person with third parties - payment intermediaries, content providers for the site, etc.
12. Performs other duties lawfully assigned by the direct manager or shareholders.

-Requirements
1. Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing and Advertising, Sociology or
another specialty close to the position held.
2. Deep knowledge of the gambling market.
3. Proven experience in planning, budgeting and developing a business strategy.
4. Other qualifications: good computer literacy and fluency in English.
5. Professional experience: minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing field, minimum 3 years
of experience in a managerial position.
