Your Tasks
1. Looking for and evaluating potential real estate / land locations
2. Establishing and maintaining contacts with services responsible for the construction of facilities and infrastructure,  as well as with local governments, municipal and national authorities
3. Conducting negotiations for the land purchases
4. Preparing real estate purchase agreements

Your Profile

1. Bachelor`s degree in economics, construction or similar
2. Albanian & English language skills on B2 level
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Flexibility, mobility and motivation
6. Driving license category B
