Job Title: LAMP Associate

Overview:

We are looking for a driven and proactive LAMP Associate to join our clients dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will support the planning and execution of brand engagement initiatives, ensuring impactful communication and seamless coordination across various projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing creativity and organization to deliver exceptional results.

Purpose of the Job:

Duty of Contracted LAMP Associate is to contribute in creating an ecosystem at LAMP/Horeca channel (RRP touchpoints) and in assigned territory aimed to support overall RRP business and improve LAU experience throughout Consumer Journey episodes. Also, Contracted LAMP Associate should contribute to deployment of mechanics which involve LAMP/Horeca enhancing the business potential of assigned territory & to the development of PM Albania commercial strategy through recognizing & applying territory specific business growth opportunities & balancing it with commercial plans. Contracted LAMP Associate should contribute and implement the validated strategy through effective action plans in assigned territory to contribute to target achievements within approved budgets and in compliance with current legislation and PMI policies. This position included constant relationships with business partners and Support Services Providers.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Ensures presence of business fundamentals in product & material presence in contracted LAMPs affecting attractiveness and awareness of PMI products and boost image of our brands on consumer targe group in accordance with PMI guidelines and local legislation
  • Ensures building and maintaining good relationship with LAMP/horeca owner and personnel. Collecting data, information about competition, new trends and places as well as providing actionable steps to forward business.
  • Execute business initiative by implementing brand related activities (lead generation, Customer experience, customer care, business fundamentals HA/AV, visibility.
  • Timely delivers reports of LAMP trends, performance, analyses of activities impact, competition activities, overall consumer behavior, Propose improvements based on above reporting structure.
  • Achieve defined and agreed KPIs in Business fundamental, material and trade program implementation, Lead Generation, Customer care.
  • Strictly follows PMI process and procedures. Ensures through theoretical and practical training and then supervision that all policies and good practices relevant to the channel are executed directly or though third parties (DSD, Hostess, Waiters etc).
  • Improve brand performance by effectively implementing customer engagement toolbox at relevant LAMP/Horeca
  • Ensures sustainable long term business relation though regular visits, meetings activities and interaction.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or Marketing);
  • Work experience: 1-2 years experience in field horeca management, and/or brand marketing;
  • Product knowledge,Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer), communication skills, negotiation skills, Planing of activities, Supervising execution.
