Job Title: Communication & Content Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and agile Communication & Content Associate to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Purpose of the Job:
Work on marketing strategies and plans deployment by defining the right materials per each channel and ensuring strong activation in our partners & direct zones that will support SFP objectives of tomorrow.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the assets adaptation as per local needs in order to increase visibility and presence in all IQOS touchpoints.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support Portfolio, Comm. and Content Manager in communication with PD, Sales, Legal and Corporate Affairs functions during communication campaigns to ensure all content in on brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice aoptimizedsed for search and user experience across all channels.
- Agency Management: Coordinate external agency network by giving guidance to drive creativity and performance in a cost effective manner.
- Ensure the best possible quality of execution with clear precise briefs, project follow-up and quality control of final artwork and materials.
- Follow-up on competitive actions that might concern RRPs, evaluate market research reports, organize field visits in order to develop necessary counter events, activities campaigns.
- Support other team members in keeping the right track of RRP DME budget spent .
- Support Portfolio, Comm. and Content Manager in work with Legal & Corporate Affairs in order to review laws & regulations referring to SFP with the aim to continuously ensure compliance of organized events & activities with current laws and regulations.
- Ensure collaboration with the Commercial Operations team, to be aligned & always informed on the deployment activities and field feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on communication initiatives and recommend improvements based on data.
- CORPORATE and LEGAL FRAMEWORK. EHSS & OPEN. During regular annual audit provide necessary documentation and information. Support preparation of requested documentation as for other ad hoc audits or inspections conducted internally by PMI or by local authorities.
- Carry out all activities in line with applicable internal principles and escalate to management in case of misalignment.
- Fulfill all legal requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures in the field of work safety, fire prevention, environmental protection and assets protection.
- Propose changes and improvements.
- Apply the highest standards of integrity and full compliance with all applicable laws and PMI policies and procedures across the organization in order to support long term sustainability of PM business.
Skills and Competencies:
- Education: Specifically Marketing, Economics, Psychology/Sociology
- Overall Experience: 1-2 years experience in Brand Marketing; strong knowledge of market.
- Strong PC skills (Power Point, Excel, Word).
