IT Business Partner

On behalf of our clients,  one of the largest groups in the automotive industry in Europe, The Headhunter Albania, is searching for a motivated candidate in Tirana, to take the challenge and successfully fill the position of:

                                           IT BUSINESS PARTNER

The IT Business Partner will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company IT systems. Roll out new system features by working with departments to prioritize business requirements, test new systems functionality, and ultimately implement new system features & processes. Responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. S/he will manage the maintenance and development of company applications, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time, and meet company standards

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for realizing and maintaining internal systems/applications;
• Coordination of IT projects together with IT Manager, other departments, and third parties/suppliers;
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee that the projects are following the department's expectations and group guidelines;
• Stimulate and identify opportunities and propose solutions on the automation in order to eliminate non-value-added processes and align with technical experts on IT solutions for improvement projects;
• Coordinate the development and launch of company websites;
• Coordination of digital business projects;
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems;
• Installs and tests necessary software and hardware.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science
• Knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems, principles, practices, and current developments;
• Able to analyze business processes and meet digitalization requirements and adapt them to ICT;
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation;
• Very good knowledge of operating systems of central and end-use equipment including Windows, as well as protocols including TCP / IP, SMTP;
• Knowledge in development and programming;
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good command of English An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines;
• Articulate and professional communication skills;
• Passionate and results-driven individual.
