Job Title: Hydrotechnical Engineer - Procurement Department

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Hydrotechnical Engineer to join our team and support the procurement department in the technical analysis, selection, and monitoring of materials and equipment required for hydrotechnical infrastructure projects.

These include water supply systems, sewage water networks, wastewater treatment plants etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Procurement and Technical departments to prepare technical specifications for tenders and material orders.
• Draft and/or verify technical documentation required for procurement procedures.
• Conduct technical evaluation of offers submitted by suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure that procured materials comply with technical standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments during the implementation phase regarding procurement-related technical matters.
• Maintain and update the supplier, pricing, and technical standards database.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• University degree in Hydrotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hydrotechnical project implementation
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, under pressure.
• Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, as well as Microsoft Office tools.
• Good command of the English language.
