For our client, a fast-growing, world-renowned IT company from Montenegro we are looking for:

                                                      UX/UI Designer (M/F)

About your position

• Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with brand guidelines;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives;
• Design and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions;
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and incorporate findings to enhance user experience and interface usability. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design processes and outcomes.

Job requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.);
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user interface design, and optimal usability of best practices;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred;
• Minimum of two years' demonstrated experience in roles such as Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, or comparable positions, presenting a robust portfolio of design projects;
• Expertise in conveying ideas visually through layouts, typography, and color theory;
• Keen eye for detail in design execution and consistency across platforms;
• Aptitude for identifying design problems and providing creative solutions;
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and evolving design practices.
