On behalf of our client, a leading IT services organization that has been partnering with many of the worlds leading businesses for the past 25 years, with more than 1500 in-house highly qualified software developers, engineers, architects, and business analysts with vast experience in software Development (Web and Mobile App development, Enterprise Applications), QA and Testing, Data Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, IT Infrastructure Support & Maintenance as well as in delivering IT Boot Camps, with presence in Turkey, UK, and Netherlands, we are looking for a IT Sales Manager.

On a high level, the role carries the responsibilities listed below:
- Identify, qualify and prioritize sales opportunities based on a comprehensive understanding of market trends and demand.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients and negotiate deals with confidence and poise.
- Forecast revenue and track sales performance, providing timely updates to the management team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to ensure repeat business and ongoing success.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the IT market.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team on sales strategy and performance.
In order to be successful in this role, you will able to demonstrate:
- Proven track record of success in a mid/senior sales role in the IT sector. You have consistently met or exceeded your revenue targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of the IT Services & Staffing market, ability to identify gaps/opportunities and leverage our delivery to close deals.
- Strong analytical skills to qualify and review the quality of opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Extensive network of industry contacts in the EU and relationships across diverse backgrounds.
- Access to C-level executives and decision-makers in the IT industry.
- Proven experience in continuously building a robust sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
- Proven track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and ability to create new relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow through, hand off to account/talent management team and delivery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce results quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation to achieve goals.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with native fluency in English. Additional language skills are highly desirable.
