Your Tasks
- Oversee all construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion
- Manage the procurement process for construction materials and services
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues
- Track and analyze project costs to ensure they are within budget
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal
- departments, to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction or a related field
- At least 3-4 years experience in construction role
- Albanian & English language skills on B2 level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, OneNote)
- Flexibility, mobility, motivation and a high sense of responsibility
