For our Client, we are looking for:

Financial Manager

We are seeking a talented Financial Manager to join our team and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a solid background in finance and accounting. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial future of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of the company's financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans and analyses in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Optimize financial and tax accounting functions across the organization.
  • Conduct management accounting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis, providing regular reports to management and investors.
  • Lead accounting and due diligence processes for M&A activities.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors, CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team to communicate financial insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new finance team members.
  • Maintain effective communication with banking partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles with demonstrated proficiency in all listed responsibilities.
  • Strong financial and accounting background, including knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet management, and budgeting.
  • ACCA/CFA or similar certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with corporate governance practices.
  • Proficiency in preparing and auditing financial statements according to IFRS.
  • Ability to establish management accounting and budgeting processes from inception.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, manage workload efficiently, and delegate effectively.
  • Fluency in English required; German language skills advantageous.
