On behalf of our client, a leading cement manufacturing company based in Hani i Elezit, Kosovo, we are seeking an Electric Engineer. This company has grown to become a key player in the regional construction industry, continuously investing in advanced technologies and environmentally friendly practices to minimize its ecological footprint.

Job Summary:

As an Electronics Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, testing, and implementing electronic systems and components for various applications within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with experience in circuit design and hardware development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop electrical devices, drawings and solutions for the new products;
  • Design and simulate electronic circuits using industry-standard software tools;
  • Develop PCB layouts and oversee the fabrication and assembly of prototype boards;
  • Test and troubleshoot electronic systems to ensure functionality and reliability;
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new electronic designs;
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in electronics engineering;
  • Define the necessary spare parts for the uninterrupted operation of the plant. Minimize the relevant cost by optimizing the min / max limits at the warehouse;
  • Design and implement electrical projects;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems as they arise;
  • Perform maintenance for the devices according to the manual and group guideline;
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance for the team including safety training.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Electrical Engineering (preferable masters degree/ 5 years studies/ or bachelor degree);
  • Proven experience at electrical devices and instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.) (gas analyzer, scanner, vibration monitoring system);
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits, including microcontrollers, sensors, and actuators;
  • Familiarity with embedded systems programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python);
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Familiarity with electrical CAD software;
  • Very Good Knowledge of English language;
  • Excellent reading of electrical wiring diagrams;
  • Excellent Office knowledge;
  • Self-controlled / Predictive;
  • Cooperative/ Communication skills;
  • Innovative.
