For our client, a global company based in Braunschweig, Germany, with offices in Vadodara, India, and Pristina, we are looking for an UX/UI Designer - German Speaking for their office in Prishtina, Kosovo. Our client specializes in IT, Business Process Management, and Sales. Their mission is to help their partners from various industries overcome talent shortages and accelerate their growth. Experience: Minimum 3 years in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on web-based applications

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Proficiency in Figma is essential, as well as experience in creating responsive designs that are both functional and visually appealing across various devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective and intuitive designs.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design complex, scalable web-based applications with a focus on usability and performance.
Responsive Design:
- Develop responsive designs that work optimally on different devices and screen sizes, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Ensure designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing across all platforms.
Tool Proficiency:
- Figma: Lead and manage complex design projects using Figma, ensuring efficient collaboration with team members.
- Additional Tools: Experience with other design and prototyping tools is advantageous but secondary to Figma proficiency.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
- Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Web-Based Application Design:
- Focus on the design of complex web-based applications rather than traditional websites.
- Address unique challenges related to usability, performance, and scalability in web-based applications.
- A basic understanding and experience in mobile application design is a plus.
Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web-based applications.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of UX principles and their application in UI design.
- Proven ability to create responsive layouts that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential; experience with other design tools is a plus.
- Sound experience in designing complex web-based applications.
- Basic understanding of mobile application design is an advantage.
- Great Command of German Language B2/C1.
