As they continue to expand their presence, on their behalf we are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager of Expansion to drive the growth by identifying and securing prime locations for new stores.

EXPANSION MANAGER


The candidate will play a crucial role in planning and executing our company's expansion strategy. This position combines strategic analysis, market research, and on-the-ground work to ensure that each new location is optimized for business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing the company's expansion strategy in alignment with our business objectives.
  • Analyze land and real estate markets to assess growth opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new commercial facilities according to set criteria.
  • Analyze regions and assist in negotiations related to land and real estate acquisitions.
  • Conduct economic analyses of prospective locations to inform investment planning.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of real estate projects, managing lists of requested and approved locations.
  • Build and manage relationships with property owners, investors, and lessors, negotiating contract terms to secure optimal deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar role, with experience in real estate, land acquisition, or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently, taking on tasks from the department head and actively driving expansion initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing property deals, both rentals and purchases.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills for evaluating location viability.
  • This position requires both office and fieldwork, with an official vehicle provided for work-related travel.
